In order to sign up for an New Assignor Clinic, you must be a registered user of this website.  What you do next depends on whether or not you are or have ever been a USSF referee, assessor, instructor, or assignor.

If you are a past or current referee, assessor, instructor or assignor, you are already a registered user.  In most cases, your "username" is the first initial of your first name plus your last name (eg., John Doe is "jdoe").  To obtain your password, go to the Login screen, type in your username, and then click on the "Password Reminder" button.  Your password will be send to the email address in the database.  At this point, you should obtain your username and password, login to the website, and return to this page for further directions.
